ELDOAs are a very specific osteopathic technique to decompress and train your spine. ELDOAs will increase the mobility of your spine, increase blood flow to and hydration of your spine, and increase spatial awareness (proprioception) of your spine. These postures are extremely effective at reducing the chronic neck and shoulder tension associated with long hours training in sport, and excellent for relief of chronic and acute back pain. They also reduce scoliosis, normalizie disc herniation, and improve recovery.
Sessions are 45 minutes in length and offered every Monday and Wednesday @ 6:00 pm.
