MYOFASCIAL STRETCHING is a specific stretching of all the actions of a chosen muscle with an active intention. This is not PASSIVE. Prepare to work hard.

ELDOAs are postural exercises that create space within a chosen joint articulation. As the ELDOAs "create" space, there is an improvement in mechanics and increased blood flow, resulting in decreased pressure on the discs, better muscle tone, and improved posture. These postures are extremely effective at reducing the chronic neck and shoulder tension associated with long hours training in sport, and excellent for relief of chronic and acute back pain. They also reduce scoliosis, normalizie disc herniation, and improve recovery.

FUNCTIONAL RANGE CONDITIONING utilizes the latest advancements in scientific knowledge, combined with tried and tested training methods to increase ones active, useable ranges of motion by simultaneously improving articular mobility, strength/resilience, and neurological control.
