Intro Session

New clients will complete our foundational strength program, which is a bodyweight program of high volume of all the important stabilizers. That's what we will work on during your first intro session. Once you know the program, you can train during any of our group time slots. You will perform that program until ready to progress. The next step would be another intro session to learn the fundamental kettlebell lifts which feature prominently in our loaded program. Then continue on with our level one loaded program. After that, most clients are ready to integrate fully into the group program.
