ELDOA, FRC, MFS

STRUCTURAL MOBILITY TOOLS

MYOFASCIAL STRETCHING is a specific stretching of all the actions of a chosen muscle with an active intention. This is not PASSIVE. Prepare to work hard.

ELDOAs are postural exercises that create space within a chosen joint articulation. As the ELDOAs "create" space, there is an improvement in mechanics and increased blood flow, resulting in decreased pressure on the discs, better muscle tone, and improved posture. These postures are extremely effective at reducing the chronic neck and shoulder tension associated with long hours training in sport, and excellent for relief of chronic and acute back pain. They also reduce scoliosis, normalizie disc herniation, and improve recovery.

FUNCTIONAL RANGE CONDITIONING utilizes the latest advancements in scientific knowledge, combined with tried and tested training methods to increase ones active, useable ranges of motion by simultaneously improving articular mobility, strength/resilience, and neurological control.

FIRST SESSION
Your first session of STRUCTURAL MOBILITY is always complemenary. You can book directly through our MBO site, or email [email protected].
 

Intro Session

New clients will complete our foundational strength program, which is a bodyweight program of high volume of all the important stabilizers. That's what we will work on during your first intro session. Once you know the program, you can train during any of our group time slots. You will perform that program until ready to progress. The next step would be another intro session to learn the fundamental kettlebell lifts which feature prominently in our loaded program. Then continue on with our level one loaded program. After that, most clients are ready to integrate fully into the group program.

Group Training

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS, CO-ED, AND WOMEN ONLY

These sessions focus on lift based training using a combination of kettlebell and powerlifting protocols. Our proven system is guaranteed to get you stronger. Train hard, get strong, and have a lot of fun doing it. Sessions are limited to twelve participants. No gym monkeys guaranteed.

Nutrition Coaching

An effective nutrition coaching system is the missing component in achieving your performance goals. If your training program isn’t accompanied by an effective nutrition system, you will get mediocre results — no matter how badly you “want it.”  Using the Precision Nutrition Coaching system, we will assess your current nutrition and help you find ways to improve, using habit based coaching to make sustainable, long term changes, and ensure you are getting the most out of your training and outdoor sport.
