Whether an elite or recreational mountain athlete, your sport requires core strength, power and endurance. These sessions focus on lift based training using a combination of kettlebell and powerlifting protocols. Our proven system is guaranteed to get you stronger. Train hard, get strong, and have a lot of fun doing it. Sessions are limited to twelve participants. No gym monkeys guaranteed.
