Structural Mobility: ELDOA, FRC and Myofascial Stretching

ELDOAs are postural exercises that create space within a chosen joint articulation. As the ELDOAs "create" space, there is an improvement in mechanics and increased blood flow, resulting in decreased pressure on the discs, better muscle tone, and improved posture.

These postures are extremely effective at reducing the chronic neck and shoulder tension associated with long hours training in sport, and excellent for relief of chronic and acute back pain. They also reduce scoliosis, normalizie disc herniation, and improve recovery.

SCHEDULE
Sessions are 45 minutes in length and offered every Monday and Wednesday @ 6:00 pm.
